Made in a mini loaf pan there is nearly equal parts dough to chasse ratio. Not just freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese is used but a special blend of seasonings mixed right in, when nearly complete even more sharp cheddar is added. The final touch is a hit of garlic butter when cooling.
